In April of 1993, Kathy joined RE/MAX. As the business exceeded goals and expectations, Herbie joined Kathy in January of 1994, and The Sold Team was born. Industry standards were proven wrong by this dynamic husband and wife team as they excelled by capitalizing on their individual strengths and perspectives to give an edge to their clients overall experience. Their success as a husband and wife team can be attributed to their desire to serve clients at the deepest level of commitment while utilizing the highest of industry standards.

Herbie and Kathy have continued to soar in their award winning production levels and are fully committed to advancing in their education and designations to better serve their clients. Their combined education achievements include: CRS-Certified Residential Specialist; ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative; GRI-Graduate of Real Estate Institute; IRES-International Real Estate Specialist; NHSAC-New Home Sales Agent Certification

In 2001, they purchased the RE/MAX franchise in Frisco, Texas, fulfilling a goal they had strived for. Herbie continued to advance his education by earning a Real Estate Broker license. Their concept and strategy to build their business, by helping others to build their own business, was proven successful by mentoring and educating like-minded agents, who would become top producers.

In 2012, Herbie and Kathy made the decision to focus their abilities and time on the things they love most. They chose to sell their RE/MAX franchise, and are able to apply their joint strengths and superior knowledge and attention to detail, and give the best experience possible to their clients. They specifically chose to stay within the award winning real estate infrastructure of RE/MAX, knowing how valuable it is to the overall success for their clients. Herbie and Kathy love their clients, love the real estate business, and love to spend time with their family and serve in their community.
