You will see all of these qualities and notice their flexibility to provide top notch service. I trust them so much that I referred my daughter to them to find a house.

As my husband and I were first time home buyers, we did not know exactly what to expect with the home buying process. Kathy and Herbie went above and beyond from the moment we met to make sure that we were well informed, comfortable, and that the process was as stress free as possible. In fact, Kathy and Herbie was really great about emailing or calling us to say, for example, "Would y'all like to set up a date to come take measurements?"--- things that as first time home buyers we were not sure how to navigate. Kathy and Herbie are easy to reach at all times and is fun to work with. As an added bonus, Kathy also stages homes and has been a really great resource for us when we ask for decorating/room function/home update questions. I will absolutely 100% pass Kathy and Herbie's name on to my friends and family in the area and should we choose to move again would definitely use Herbie as our Realtor.
